Abolish exit tax for liquidity providers

Currently sav3 tokens are taxed when removing liquidity from uniswap. While the tax is a strong incentive to keep HODLing, 8% to enter and 16% to completely exit the sav3 position is quit steep (taxed once on removing LP and again on selling). If possible, the tax incurred swapping LP to tokens should be removed or adjusted.
