48hr rule change to SAV3 TG
I propose as 48 hr change to the SAV3 TG to see if a change can help with retention of holders as well as TG membership.
No Gifs No stickers If after 48hrs we see and improvement in TG retention and possibly and improvement in holders i will submit another proposal to male the changes permanent.
