Purchase 4 Swamp Souls

The Pixel Souls wallet should purchase 4 Swamp Souls, bringing the wallet total to 5 Swamp Souls.

Funds to pay for the souls should be taken from the Pixel Souls wallet.

The purchases should be made as inexpensively as reasonably possible, using WETH bids and/or floor purchases.

NOTE: Voting may be ended early in order to purchase the souls before Phase 2 launches. Currently the Snapshot vote is not letting me set a closing date sooner than June 24.
