Purchase 12 Souls to Reach Finback

The Pixel Souls wallet should purchase enough Saved Souls to reach the Finback level (40 souls) and qualify for Finback Captains Rewards.

There are currently 28 souls in the Pixel Souls wallet, so another 12 need to be purchased.

Funds to pay for the souls should be taken from the Pixel Souls wallet.

The purchases should be made as inexpensively as reasonably possible, using WETH bids and/or floor purchases.

NOTE: Voting may be ended early in order to purchase the souls before Phase 2 launches. Currently the Snapshot vote is not letting me set a closing date sooner than June 24.
