Sweep 1.0 ETH of Saved Souls

Proposed:

That we shall spend 1.0 ETH from the Saved Pixels wallet and use the proceeds to purchase Saved Souls NFTs (“Souls”).

The Souls shall be purchased during a Purchase Period that begins when this proposal is approved, and ends at 23:59:59 UTC on September 21

We will purchase Saved Souls up to, but not to exceed, a combined total value of 1.0000 ETH.

However, we will not purchase any Saved Soul that is listed for more than 0.0500 ETH (“Price Cap”). This may mean that we purchase no Souls at all if the floor price remains above 0.05 ETH for the duration of the purchase period. It may mean that we only spend part of the allocation if there are not enough Souls below the 0.05 ETH Price Cap.

If we do not spend the entire 1.0 ETH due to the 0.05 ETH Price Cap, we may Purchase additional Souls later if they are listed below the 0.05 price cap and if the Purchase Period has not expired.

The purchases will be made by The Captain (“The Captain”) -- or a person he delegates -- in a way that maximizes the total number of souls purchased, to the best of their abilities.

The purchased Souls will be deposited into the Saved Pixels wallet. The Saved Pixels community can decide how they want to allocate those Souls by taking a vote.
