Purchase 40 NFTs from Other Collections for Game Prizes

Proposed:

That we shall spend up to 1.125 ETH from the Saved Pixels wallet and use the proceeds to purchase the following list of 40 NFTs, each in the quantity indicated: • Ape Reunion - 3 • Bricktopians - 2 • Dorkz - 4 • Fishballerz - 13 • Frens.eth - 4 • Fun Apes - 3 • Space Riders - 1 • Star Wolvez Generative - 10

The NFTs shall be purchased during a Purchase Period that begins when this proposal is approved, and ends at 23:59:59 UTC on September 17.

The target expenditure for each project is 0.09 – 0.11 ETH, except for Star Wolves with a target of .21 ETH, with a total target expenditure of 0.86 ETH. Since floor prices change, the total purchase for any one project may not exceed a total value of 0.15 ETH, except for Star Wolves which may not exceed .25, and not project may exceed the number of NFTs proposed from that project.

It is not necessary or expected that the entire maximum 1.125 ETH will be spent. Instead, we are approving the larger amount of ETH in order to allow the purchase of the target number of NFTs with fluctuating prices.

The purchases will be made by The Captain (“The Captain”) -- or a person he delegates -- in a way that minimizes the total cost to purchase the NFTs, to the best of their abilities.

The purchased NFTs will be deposited into the Saved Souls wallet, and from there they will be used as prizes in the next round of Saved Souls gamification, where all these various projects will be invited to participate.
