A Simple proposal to turn on staking and bonding to expand our reach. It will require a new staking contract and just an LP bond and one stable bond(others can be requested via vote)

Migrating to a new staking contract will help reward loyal members while inactive ones slowly get diluted.

With this move we will also be migrating the main liquidity to the wrapped token (DURAG). while the rug pair will be smaller and more volatile

With trader joes new liquidity books we are in better position than ever to protect our floor whilst expanding and taking advantage of the upturn of the market and volatility for the foreseeable future.

If passed deployments and changes to the website will take roughly 3-5 days along with a 48 hour time frame to withdraw tokens from what would be the old staking contract before removed from the UI.
