RIP #24 - Pudgy Acquisition Plan - 6873, THE PUDGIEST PENGU

As we have been discussing the prospect of adding NFT exposure to the Treasury, there have been lots of positive responses for acquiring Pudgy Penguin #6873. The PUDGIEST Pengu, brave enough to face left when the rest of the world faces right. This presents an opportunity to obtain a 1 of 1 NFT from a blue chip collection and would fill our NFT exposure void.

This is a proposal to decide whether or not to acquire Pengu 6873, and what amount of treasury funds to authorize to acquire Pengu 6873 if so.

If we vote in favor of acquiring Pengu 6873, an ETH multisig will be set up under the RUGenerous banner and funds (up to the amount authorized in the vote) will be transferred from the AVAX multisig to the ETH multisig to purchase it. Execution in regard to timing, offers, and negotiation will be left to Dre and the multisig signers.

The options for this RIP are as follows:

1. Do not attempt to purchase Pengu 6873
2. Attempt to purchase Pengu 6873, authorize up to $350k USDT (~186 ETH currently)
3. Attempt to purchase Pengu 6873, authorize up to $400k USDT (~213 ETH currently)
4. Attempt to purchase Pengu 6873, authorize up to $450k USDT (~239 ETH currently)
