RIP #23 - Allocation of Idle USDT in Treasury

We currently have 650k USDT sitting idle in the Treasury. This amount far exceeds what the DAO could need readily available for the coming weeks and months. This is a proposal to take a portion of the idle USDT and do one of the following with it:

Option 1: Supply Additional 300k USDT to Aave
Option 2: Do Nothing
Option 3: Explore other protocols to yield farm 300k USDT

If Option 3 receives the most votes, additional discussion will be had and a follow-up RIP will be posted regarding other protocols to yield farm on.
