RIP #19 Utilization of Treasury Funds - Operation Take Care and GTFO.

This is one of three proposal that will be submitted in the near future to help strengthen the DAO. Figured to start with this one as it pertains to the majority( contributors and non contributors)

                        Operation Take Care

Its been 5 months since inception. There have been ups and downs but there have been a few to stick around through it all and contribute to make things great. I would like them to taste the fruits of their labor. Hopefully this will encourage others to contribute in some way or fashion.

Back/Front end contributions Baby gravy-50k disbursement for al the work he has done on the front end. Very hard worker and also patient MPT-10k disbursement for their work on front end and redemption Purveyor/Neilfromfratic-5k disbursement for solidity work total:70k

Community contributors Mods: Howdoesexcelwork/absoulutelynoone/davido/lebowski- 5k MtDoji-2.5k for social media managment Cornsen-2.5k for rug game Injustice/RDC tart-2.5k for documentation and other paperwork needs total: 12.5k

Overall total: 82.5K

                                            Operation GTFO

This was built to get all the non contributors out of the way. Daos require participation in order to succeed. Otherwise you just have the current political system which is filled with tons of apathetic and or useless people making the system run worse than what it was built to. It is unfair for those contributing to have these people around that only want to extract the value we create here. I cannot gauge at this present time how many people would actually use it but I feel like its the best option to get rid of dead weight while not hurting the project or the active people who participate and contribute. A later proposal will go over the specifics of how it will go down if voted yes.
