Should those that fell victim to a scam from the Discord hack be reimbursed from the DAO?

On January 17, 2022, the Spooky Boys Discord server was breached due to an administrative fault. During the breach, a fake mint site was announced and some members of our community fell victim to this. The total stolen amount was roughly 1.32 ETH amongst 13 addresses. The question stands - do we reimburse these wallets?

We should remember that these are members of our own community and no spooky should be left behind. This community has the power to back each other.

As an introductory measure, the DAO signing members consist of Johnny_5, Mr. Anderson, MamabearK, D3-P0, and willjasen.

The five signing community members of the DAO all agree to bring this issue up for vote whether or not to reimburse the ETH back to those that lost it.

This vote will begin on January 29th and end on January 31st.
