Upgrade to SchnoodleV2?

This proposal is for an upgrade to SchnoodleV2.

There are two changes:

1. All transactions will display actual SNOOD tokens being transferred in addition to reflected amounts.
2. maintenance function added to retrieve tokens from the inaccessible pool token (UNI-V2) address that was airdropped during the relaunch token swap, and place them in the locked ecosystem reserve, thereby increasing locked tokens to 65%.

This upgrade will be performed under the EIP-1967 Transparent Proxy pattern (per the whitepaper), and will therefore not require a token swap. All future contract interactions will continue to be via the existing Schnoodle proxy contract address.
