Echoes is relaunching Scream as a Sonic‑native, premium protocol. Echoes V1 is near completion: a Compound V2–style money market paired with Yearn’s Boosted Staker (YBS), a Sonic‑native UX, and 80% of protocol revenue shared with stakers. V1 establishes a durable base of lending/borrowing liquidity and brand presence on Sonic.

This proposal seeks community approval to utilize treasury funds to design, build, audit, and launch Echoes Perpetuals—an integrated perpetual futures exchange that lives alongside Echoes lending/borrowing.

Perps will make Echoes a one‑stop shop on Sonic for lending, borrowing, and trading futures, and will feature an on‑chain leaderboard to drive engagement, transparency, and recurring seasons of rewards. You can think of this as being “Echoes v1.5”.

We see a big opportunity here as there is very little coverage for perps on the Sonic chain and this would be an easier win for us to get initial traction (relative to lowcap lending), and furthermore, it will bring more revenue to the protocol.

We propose $50,000 of $wFTM from the Scream Treasury to complete this work. Additionally, we plan to incorporate slots into the platform, making it a full suite of services under one hood, offering:

• Lending for majors and long-tail assets
• Perps for majors and lowcaps
• Full Trade-to-Earn system
• Voice and text-prompted AI co-pilot
• Custom in-house casino Slots

The perps venue should leverage shared accounts, collateral, and rewards to compound Echoes’ network effects.

• Collateral & Accounts: unified Echoes account model; collateral eligibility
• Smart Contracts & Off‑Chain Services: contracts, keepers, executors, data pipelines, monitoring/alerting.
• Frontend & UX: trade UI, positions, risk, funding, history, alerts; Sonic‑native design.
• Leaderboard: on‑chain scoring, season management, rewards distribution (paid in $O or other tokens per policy).
• Trade2Earn: seasonal points program integrated with the leaderboard, sybil resistance, configurable reward weights (volume, maker activity, PnL‑adjusted score, referrals).
• Shadow DEX Integration: integrate Shadow DEX for spot routing/liquidity where appropriate; distribute SHADOW within the points program alongside $O incentives (mechanics to be finalized with Shadow).
• Voice‑Prompted and text-based AI Agents: opt‑in voice interface for key flows (place/cancel orders, check P&L, manage risk), guardrails for confirmation, and more.
