Enable Moderation Discord Bot

The discord server is growing and bots, trolls and spammers will soon join. This proposal is for activating and customizing a bot such as MEE6 to keep the server safe, protect people from insults, direct message spam, and other problematic posts. Future possibilities with the bot include posting on the fresh-mints channel or bid-wars whenever there is a new mint or a new bid.
