Add YB market on new YB-tBTC Curve pool (0x4F52C3a81E33521e5a9A47FD9D3BE475D2279c2e) and disable old LT 0xaC0a340C1644321D0BBc6404946d828c1EBfAC92. Guarded: only executes once Vote 1 has installed the new AMM + LT implementations and market_count == 9 (i.e. the preceding market votes have executed).
