Summary

The proposal is to add a GenericEuler contract to our OptimizerAPR strategy DAI. This strategy optimise assets allocation between lending protocols - currently Aave and Compound. This proposal would allow to add Euler to the optimisation process.

Context

As discussed in the governance post (https://gov.angle.money/t/aip-8-include-euler-as-a-supported-lending-protocol-on-our-usdc-and-dai-strategies/354), only a DAI lender will be added, as Angle impact on the USDC pool would be too large.
