This proposal aims to add a Gauge for the upLBTC Spectra Pair The pool for the upLBTC pair is live since 30-12-2024

We’d like to add this pool to Spectra’s gauge system to incentivise liquidity of our PT, as it would enable LP traders to loop the position and YT holders to speculate on the interest rate
