[BIP-688] Update Karpatkey Multisig Signers

TL;DR
- Replace Trent with Gosuto on the Karpatkey multisigs on mainnet and gnosis.
Summary
In the wake of replacing Trent on the DAO Multisig with Gosuto in BIP-681. It makes sense to also relieve him of his multisig signer duties on the Karpatkey multisigs on both Gnosis Chain and Ethereum Mainnet. Karpatkey acts as the treasury manager for the Balancer DAO. They are responsible for monthly reports, twice a year reviews of the treasury performance and active management, and initiatives utilizing treasury funds to grow Balancer's holdings and influence in relevant ecosystems. Such as, but not limited to, providing GNO to stakewise on gnosis.
