			 If any VECAKE HOLDER wishes to disarm the VECAKE and be set free. So we need to confiscate some cakes as compensation
			 for all the VECAKE. I suggest adding an item to our weekly dividend on Thursdays. Ununlocked cakes are compensated to all 
			 VECAKE holders, including Magpies.

			 If VECAKE needs to be unlocked, we will deduct 0.01% per day based on the expiration time, 3.65% for one year, and 1% of the
			 total confiscated CAKE for 100 days. The CAKE holding we calculate is not the base of VECAKE. I think that's fair. This 0.01% of 
			 the CAKE is then divided among VECAKE and given to the holder in proportion to the percentage. But I suggest that this unlock
