Launch V3 single vault gauges

As part of the initial rollout of Vaults V3 on mainnet there has been three initial single asset, multi strategy vaults launched.

In order to help bootstrap the launch of V3 on mainnet we propose adding a new veYFI gauge for each of these initial vaults to allow for them to receive dYFI rewards and help attract initial liquidity.
