We propose redirecting $YND gauge rewards to maximize bribe efficiency across the following key pools: YND/sdYND ynETHx/YND ynETHx/ETH ynETHx/crvUSD

Why: Using $YND as vote incentives yields up to ~$1.65 in CRV per $1, while reducing slippage and improving efficiency. This is a temperature check for the current epoch. If successful, we will expand the strategy.
