2Q26 Budget Proposal

Category USDC Compensation SECT Compensation Engineering $140,000 $0 Biz Dev & Ops $30,000 $0 Marketing & Community $2,500 $0 Operating $15,000 $0 Total $187,500 $0 Commentary

Engineering allocation maintained at $140,000 to support multi-venue solver expansion, own-driver deployment, and continued routing engine improvements Biz Dev held at $30,000 to advance partnerships and onboard new venues Marketing & Community remains efficient at $2,500 Operating expenses held at $15,000 — Q1 came in slightly over on this line, so we’ll continue close tracking No SECT compensation planned for Q2 2026

Closing Note Q1 2026 marked a decisive inflection for Sector Finance. Revenue nearly doubled versus Q4 2025, we consistently placed in CoW’s top 3 solvers during the latter part of the quarter, and net losses narrowed materially. Expense discipline held — we came in roughly $53,000 under forecast — while we simultaneously committed capital to sharpen our competitive position via the CoW bonding pool. With our own driver coming online, multi-venue expansion underway, and routing improvements compounding, Q2 2026 is positioned to be the quarter where Sector crosses into profitability. We enter the quarter with a focused treasury, proven execution, and a clear roadmap for extending our solver franchise across the broader intent-based trading ecosystem.
