Voting Resolution Regarding the Adjustment of SENTIS Token Release Pace

Since its launch, SENTIS has made continuous progress in community building, ecosystem cooperation, and market consensus. Currently, SENTIS has over 100,000 community users and has established strategic partnerships with over 100 AI and Web3 projects, continuously expanding its ecosystem influence.

As the ecosystem develops, the community is paying more attention to the token circulation pace and long-term value creation. Recently, we received suggestions from community members and DAO organizations. After discussion, the community believes that slowing down the subsequent token release pace will help reduce short-term circulation pressure, enhance long-term holding confidence, and better align token releases with the SENTIS ecosystem development cycle.

The subsequent SENTIS token release plan is adjusted as follows:

Original Release Plan: The remaining 18 releases from phases 7 to 24 will be executed at 5% per month.

Adjusted Plan: The remaining 18 releases from phases 7 to 24 will be adjusted to 5% per quarter.

Specific Implementation Method:

5% of the total release amount will be released each quarter;

The quarterly release amount will be allocated monthly;

33.3% of the quarterly release amount will be released each month.

Example: If the total release amount for a certain quarter is 5%, then approximately 1.665% will be released in each of the three months of that quarter, totaling 5% of the quarterly release amount.

This adjustment aims to reduce short-term circulation pressure, enhance long-term holding confidence, better match the token release pace with the SENTIS ecosystem development cycle, and safeguard the common interests of the community and long-term builders.

This proposal was initiated by the SENTIS Community Governance Committee and will be officially implemented after passing more than 10 million votes in a community vote. A proposal will be considered invalid if it does not reach 10 million votes.

With successful voting, subsequent token releases will proceed according to the new pace, and the relevant progress will be continuously monitored and publicly synchronized by the community.
