The community should already be quite familiar with funds being stolen after the Kairos incident. However, we should not forget that there are other individual members of the community who have been hacked/scammed by other malicious individuals. Due to the current liquidity shortage, some stolen VETH2 have not yet been sold and remains in the hacker wallets. This wallet address for example,
https://etherscan.io/address/0xb41e08356ceb25cb83bfbba56b6fabd6950f2cd7#tokentxns
It should be possible to implement some sort of blacklist to block malicious wallet address such as this, preventing it from redeeming in VETH2 back to ETH after release. VETH2 which can be associated with its original owner should be returned to the original owner or SGT DAO.
Therefore, upon proposal passing, both kairos's wallet and the previously mentioned wallet (0xb41e08356ceb25cb83bfbba56b6fabd6950f2cd7) should be blacklisted from redeeming funds.
