SIP#17 SharedStake: 500SGT Quarterly Budget for Community Payments

Summary The SharedStake team would like to propose the creation of a separate wallet address, which will be sent 500 SGT per quarter, and hold an additional 1 ETH for GAS payments - controlled by DefiFry for the sole purpose of making SGT payments to individuals for work completed for the DAO. No individual payment can exceed $500. Any payment larger than this will require permission. To keep control of costs, each quarter the wallet is topped up to give it a TOTAL of 500 SGT.

Rationale With the various initiatives to support community contributions (Well done stake / Github grants), there is a need to optimise the way we distribute SGT to future beneficiaries. This budget will also be used for marketing initiatives such as the MEME contest, surveys and other future projects.

Effect By having one central point of contact & distribution for SGT payments, we will establish an easy and effective way of paying community members. Any communication regarding remuneration can also be discussed directly with DeFiFry (Sending addresses etc), giving a point of contact for the community.

Risk DeFiFry would be in control of the wallet address.
