SIP-10: Partnerships - Cover

We propose a partnership with Cover protocol to allow our users to purchase insurance in case of protocol or validator devops issues.

The SharedStake treasury will pay out:

• 3 ETH for deployment costs.
• $10k for initial coverage providing and market making Additionally, similar to Ruler, a token allocation of SGT will be provided to Cover to incentivize this pool.

• More ways to generate SGT yield for users!

Cons:

• Deployment costs
• Treasury expenditure
