Specification: The Treasury will pay out a one-time bonus of 100 SGT to the community marketing lead.

Rationale: The outreach efforts from the SGT Marketing Lead solidified a core base of platform supporters and assisted with increases in social media followers, unique address holders, and TVL. These results further decentralize the token & platform and this one-time allocation highlights the SGT Community's gratitude.

Motivation: The SharedStake DAO recognizes significant contributions to the platform and rewarding community members is in the best interest of all.
