I would like propose that we accelerate the proliferation of Nouns by activating once again in the Brave browser with the goal of reaching +8 million Americans via a homepage takeover that will generate approximately 15M impressions on Super Bowl Sunday.

Should SharkDAO submit the "NounsDAO x Brave - Super Bowl Sunday Takeover" proposal on-chain for NounsDAO and (to save the doubling up of snapshots) should SharkDAO also vote FOR the proposal once it is active?
