Multisig signer swap

One of our multisig signers, CDT, has asked to be swapped for a new signer. Please review the candidates below and vote for who you think would be the best fit to replace CDT.

The candidate with the most votes should be taken as the replacing signer on the MS. If "Other" receives the most votes, this process will be postponed to include new candidates or further deliberate the process.
