SIP-00060 “vote.sharkdao.eth, a shared responsibility”

TL;DR SIP-059 “Renew Jawshua Fisher for 2E/mo” brought some sharks out of the water to come up with a better, more DAO’ish and sustainable plan.

Step 1: Create a 1/8 multisig used for voting only with the ENS vote.sharkdao.eth

Step 2: Add the following members who will be able to sign NounsDAO votes on behalf of SharkDAO:

ccarella.eth jawshuafisher.eth latsko.eth marxist millionaire (0x728A4DDe804aeDaF93AC839C9B0Fce031e0361af) nickdodson.eth nicooo.eth goldy.eth sasqwash.eth

Step 3: SharkDAO Multi-Sig delegates to the new multi-sig through Agora

With this setup anyone of the signers can sign on behalf of the DAO and if anyone does any voting against the DAO they will be removed from the multi-sig and risk their reputation in the DAO. The main SharkDAO multi-sig can always undelegate as well for increased protection.

For clarity SIP-060 will supercede SIP-059 therefore invalidating need for future payments including May 2023.

This current SIP would also reduce the cost of 2E/mo to 0E, at least for now while we trial this new system.
