Reimburse Nick & Weez for first 3 creator contests

We'd like to ask to be reimbursed for fronting the 0.4 ETH + 9000 SHARK used as rewards for the first 3 creator contests.

Moving forward we'll put up a proposal to agree on a budget for contests.
