Vote Allocation in "Reward the Builders" Prophouse Round

We have less than 24 hours to decide our stance in the "Reward the Builders" Prophouse round. I propose that SharkDAO allocates votes to support our members participating in this round.

• Vote Allocation: If we vote "For," votes will be evenly distributed among opt-in SharkDAO members. Should even distribution of votes become unfeasible (currently prop lists 6 people), we will pragmatically allocate any remaining votes to those SharkDAO members who are nearest to winning.
