SharkDAO Expenses

SharkDAO admins should be authorized to spend or reimburse SharkDAO funds solely for SharkDAO related costs up to 0.25 ETH per expense. These costs will be shared back to the SharkDAO community on a regular basis for transparency.

Reasoning: As part of operating SharkDAO and engaging in bidding for nouns and overall SharkDAO growth, certain small expenses are currently being incurred by members. These include costs related to Noun bids (such as gas fees), marketing costs and other similar costs.

Note: This limit does not apply to JuiceBox fees, which were previously approved for collecting SharkDAO funding, allocating SHARK tokens and bidding distribution.
