How much of our treasury should we dedicate to acquiring nouns 3-9?

Since we have already acquired our first noun the DAO has been more focused on plans to bring long term value to itself and those require funding. Therefore we are asking if we should limit how much of our treasury we should be allowed to bid with.

Pros: We have capital left over that we can put to use to build our ecosystem.

Cons: We wont be able to outbid a whale.

Note: The higher the percentage the more of the DAO's treasury you are willing to have be utilized to bid on nouns 3-9.
