Add Jango.eth to the Gnosis safe

Proposal: Add @jango (Discord) to the multisig

Jango is one of the developers of Juicebox and is vested in both sharkdao and juicebox. Currently our multisig is made up of 4 signatures, one of those is heavily invested in nounsdao but not sharkdao, and only 2 confirmations are needed to send tx's Adding Jango would bring us to a total of 5 signatures and we can increase confirmations to 3

Pros: Our multisig is more secure, industry standard is 5+ signatures Cons: Bidding may be less efficient for the time being
