Purpose

• Close round as agreed before when the round opened
• Prevent bad experiences from Juicebox and AMM price disparities

Summary

• Close Juicebox as soon as feasible for multisig signers

Background

This last round "Evolution" was opened as an emergency measure when Noun #47 (the Shark Noun) arrived. We have been able to raise ~100ETH since opening the Juicebox, and the funds contributed towards our winning the Shark Noun. We had agreed that we would close it shortly after this bid. In addition, several members have mentioned that they were disheartened by the difference between the Juicebox and the AMM price.

Risks

• We are still receiving ~1 ETH per day that the treasury is open, this would not be captured
