Rewards for Gitcoin Grant Donators and Honeyswap Liquidity Providers

For long, SHE has promised to give rewards to the community members who choose to give their wallets to us. Two opportunities have been promised rewards.

1. Donating to SHE's Gitcoin Grant

2. Holding Liquidity in HNY-PRTCLE or WXDAI-PRTCLE on Honeyswap

Addresses who received these rewards have been recorded, however there is a bottleneck within the SourceCred product that kept us from giving them out. That bottleneck still exists today.

I'm here to propose a work around.

Backstory To reward our community members, we had planned to use the SourceCred initiatives plugin. Initiatives allow SHE to directly control Cred minted on the graph.

Doing it this way, we would be able to take every community member and give them a fair, balanced cred distribution, depending on how much they have given. The problem is, SourceCred does not support initiatives for Discord users, so this is not possible as of now. I have been working on a PR for this feature, however I am busy and can't finish it.

I propose we use the #props channel to deliver these rewards instead.

By cross-referencing the addresses with discord names in our bot addressbook, we can send a massive props message with every donator/provider tagged.

This could look 1 of 2 ways:

• Props equally

  • 1 message for Donators and 1 message for LP stakers. Every person is given equal Cred for participating in each opportunity

• Tiered levels of Props

  • Multiple props message for different tier levels of support.
  • $1 donated, $<10 donated, <$100 donated for Gitcoin
  • <$100 LP Stake, <$500 LP Stake, <$1000 LP staked, <$5000 LP Staked for Honeyswap
