issue $SHELL airdrop & launch toucan staking

In order to stay competitive and relevant with the fast moving Arbitrum ecosystem, we must URGE developers to launch. This vote is to garnish the attention of the developers and urge them to initiate the $SHELL airdrop immediately, this way we can establish the DAO and voting. Following such, they should also initiate $TOUCAN NFT staking. The more $TOUCAN NFT's you own and stake, the more $SHELL governance tokens you can accumulate. In the same way, putting liquidity in the protocol should also reward with $SHELL.

These are features that SHOULD have been available weeks ago, but this post is to hopefully bring attention to the matter. Unfortunately, SHELL has lost much public attention and with the launch of both of these features we stand a chance to get SHELL back into the top 10 Arbitrum protocols.
