CRAB VOTE: Should some $CRAB from Season 3 be allocated to wallets who lost funds from the malicious Twitter hack link?

This vote is to determine if a portion of the Season 3 $CRAB should be distributed to wallets that were drained by the malicious link posted on the Shell Protocol Twitter by hackers. If this vote passes, only wallets affected prior to the date and time that this vote went live will be considered. The specifics of the allocation, if approved, will be decided by the Cowri team. No additional $CRAB will be created beyond existing planned totals.
