A proposal to integrate "Teddy Dollar" into Sherpa Cash to create a privately tradable, Avalanche-native algorithmic stable coin

We recommend adding TSD, issued by the Teddy Cash protocol, to the Sherpa protocol as a depositable asset. We also suggest offering 100, 1,000 and 10,000 as depositable amounts (in TSD) - to have a wide range for users, enabling a private solution for transacting with a stable asset on the Avalanche blockchain.
