$1,000 burn to kick off the buy comp?

We would like the community to vote on using $1,000 from the treasury to buy and burn $SHIV to kick off the buy comp with the AMA later today.

This will add over nine quad to the burn wallet moving it to the 7th largest holder (6th if we don't count uniswap)
