Deploy 1,000 ETH into ETH Folding Yield Strategies in Money Markets

There is 6,559 ETH currently not allocated to any yield strategies. This proposal aims to deploy 1,000 ETH (15% of the unallocated ETH) into Fantom strategies with the purpose of generating more ETH.
