Kraken Governance Proposal (KGP) - 1 Creation and Issuance of veSQUID

1. Creation of veSQUID a) New token, vested SQUID, henceforth known as veSQUID shall be created b) Locked sSQUID converts to veSQUID 1:1 with no minimum amount of sSquid

2. Issuance of veSQUID a) veSQUID will initially only be issued to Squid DAO NFT holders b) Squid DAO NFT holders shall be issued 1.00 veSQUID per Squid DAO NFT c) Any Squid DAO NFT holder may also decide to convert some portion of their sSQUID into veSQUID
