Purchase $250k of BTFLY to kickoff Redacted partnership

SquidDAO: SquidDao through a combination of market buying and bonding will take a $250,000 position in BTFY and stake it.

Redacted: Redacted will start offering Squid Bonds in order lock Squid for veSquid. Redacted will max lock all bonded Squid for 4 yrs and never sell. Their goal is to accumulate governance tokens and influence protocols. Squid fits this mission.

They will offer these bonds indefinitely and target at least $1M in Squid over time.

A few notes:

1. This has the potential to move a lot squid into 4 yr lock
2. It also could bring in new buyers who are looking to get a discount on BTFLY and see squid is an asset redacted is bonding.
3. Potential for greater yield on ETH by having another protocol in our governance ecosystem.
4. This proposal will also have to pass on the Redacted side of governance.
