Proposal - Utilize community wallet funds to purchase votes (donation to The Skatepark Project) for Sassy Community Member TKB to skate with Tony Hawk.

Should TKB win the contest, he will be rocking some Shredding Sassy Merch for the Event/Skate with Tony Hawk.
