Use Community Fund to Bridge Sassy's off Polygon

Proposal is to use the community wallet to fund bridging Sassy's from Poly chain back to Ethereum.

Why? We need more sales on Ethereum in order to be listed on Blur again. And eth chain is the preferred buying chain for many NFT users. Also gives us a bigger presence on eth again in general!

How does it work: Funds will be disbursed on a first come first serve basis to those that want to bridge Sassy's back to eth with the intention of listing for sale. Finer Details over if this can be an incentivized program or immediate fund transfer will be voted on separately from this proposal.

Every Sassy to be bridged will receive 12$ USD (Based on Bridge to ETH was around $9 at 13 gas)

Again, This vote is solely to secure the funds for this effort, finer details to be hashed out in a separate qurom.

Amount To use from Community Fund: .5 eth (.5 eth will cover ~62 Sassy's at 12$ USD. Current equiv. ~~ 21 MATIC/.008eth)
