Proposal Question: Should we budget and utilize $15,000 USD from the Shroomz DAO Wallet to fund the creation of Shroomz Toolz & the next Burn Mint for Shroomz?

Reasoning: The team would like to set aside a budget to develop utility for Shroomz in the form of NFT tools that only holders will have access to. We also intend to burn a large portion of the original Shroomz supply through the next Burn Mint. The rarity of the mint will be dependent on the amount of Shroomz you burn. All updates will also be pushed with marketing through our social media.

Goals and Uses for Budget:

1. Burn Mint for Shroomz: To cover contract developer & artist costs.
2. Shroomz Toolz: To cover developmental costs in creating NFT Trading Tools & Analytics tools.
3. Marketing Campaign to promote Shroomz' next free burn mint & upcoming utility. Production of additional Shroomz art assets & videos for promo and marketing.
