New Project Team

SHROOMINATI UPDATE The last DAO vote gave the team the ability to work with active shroominati members to remove inactive shoorminati members and promote trusted and active community members to the role. This task has been completed and the new shroominati membership is as follows:

We believe this group has the best intentions for the project, has remained active through the difficult times, consistently offer thoughtful insight and suggestions, and are willing to work hard to make the shroomz ecosystem the best it can be. We appreciate the dedication that these members have demonstrated and feel confident that they will continue to provide solid leadership for the community. These 9 shroominati members will have an extremely important job as we move forward with this next DAO vote.

OPTION 1 - Shroomz Team to DAO led by Shroominati This option transfers ownership directly to the DAO with shroominati members acting as the governing body. It is a way to give more decision making power as well as access to the treasury to implement action items that the community can vote on directly.

1. Transfer All Funds and Assets under "Shroomz.eth (treasury funds)" to the DAO with shroominati members acting as representatives in a multi-sig.
2. Transfer of Discord Admin Rights and Social Media Logins (Twitter, etc) to the DAO with shroominati members acting as representatives.
3. Transfer Shroomz and Acidheadz Opensea Accounts and add shroominati members.
4. DAO will honor the existing royalty splits with artists and musicians.

DAO will have the ability to change the direction of the project as they see fit:

1. New Roadmap
2. Increased Utility to Holders
3. Marketing decisions
4. Partnerships
5. Turning over project to the team of their choice whenever they see fit
6. Spending treasury on action items they think will grow the community

Questions that have been asked by team and community:

1. Do the community and shroominati have the experience and time required to manage a project?
2. Will the shroominati as representatives of the community be a workable model?
3. Will turning the project over to the DAO give the community more time to find a better fit with another team to take over at a later date?
4. Is it more prudent to turn over to a team immediately so changes can be implemented much more swiftly?

OPTION 2 - Shroomz Team to Yakuza Inc. Yakuza Inc. is a project started by a day 1 shroomz holder and shroominati member - Hoodini#9350. They have offered to take ownership of the Shroomz project and will work alongside the community to rebuild Shroomz.

3. Plans for integrations where holders receive GigaNode Access, Yakuza Geeks Trading Platform, Sniping Bot, etc.
4. Add New Server Management, Reorganize and Revamp of the Server
5. Creation of WL Marketplace/Other Opportunities for Shroomz Holders
6. Marketing for Shroomz

Questions that have been asked by team and community:

1. How does the Yakuza artwork/vibe fit with shroomz? Does it make sense? How do the brands align?
2. What will be the “Increased Utility to Holders” and is it something the existing community will find useful and will it attract new buyers?
3. Is a total transfer to an entirely new team straight away the best option?
4. Is it more prudent to turn over to the DAO led by Shroominati and look for other teams that may better fit the shroomz vibe (psychedelics, music, etc.)
5. Is Yakuza bigger or more successful than shroomz? Can they add value if they don’t have a much larger reach?
