Select and Provide a Grant to a Post-LBP Market Maker

Purpose

Shutter DAO 0x36 recently voted in support of a proposal by Fjord Foundry to host a liquidity bootstrapping pool (LBP) in mid February. See: https://snapshot.org/#/shutterdao0x36.eth/proposal/0x27367324f4393c214689952e5cac4121ea6ffbf0ebdf925df6fb571e60ace073

A post-LBP market maker will help Shutter DAO 0x36 transition from the LBP to market liquidity by creating DEX pools, securing listing on CEXs, provide liquidity for efficient trading and minimal price impact, and other related services.
