Temp Check on Shutter Ecosystem Fund Proposals

Intro

In response to a discussion on treasury management in the Shutter Forum, Yelay and Glo Dollar submitted independent proposals to create a Shutter Ecosystem Fund via their respective platforms.

These proposals are not mutually exclusive. Shutter DAO 0x36 may approve both, one, the other, or neither.

This vote aims to gauge current sentiment through a non-binding “temp check”, which is intended to gather feedback on whether or not Shutter DAO 0x36 should continue to pursue these proposals. The result of this vote will serve as an indicator of how the community feels about these two proposals.
